If you’re traveling alone, we’ll partner you up with another same-sex room-mate. There is no option of single occupancy on this trip – see note below about accommodation

Accommodation: A mix of lodges, cabins, B&Bs and hotels. These range from 3 star (2 nights) – 4 star (12 nights).

Note: Because we will stay in some small independently owned B&Bs, there is no possibility of a single room option. B&Bs and hosted lodges allow you time with the locals, living in their home and learning about their lives. Rooms within B&Bs can vary, and therefore you will at some stage be in a room that will be different than your trip mates. If you think this will pose a problem for you, this may not be the trip for you.

Also – the cruise in Doubtful Sound provides a shared gender specific bathroom situation for all guests. We feel our choice of company, with their extraordinary crew, makes this worthwhile for one night.
